1. Open Aidan
The web, Windows, and Android apps use the same account. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Save your data if needed
Open Settings → Account → Export data. Aidan downloads a JSON file with chats, memory, notes, tasks, and settings. Secret API keys and tokens are intentionally excluded.
3. Delete the account
In the same section, select Delete account, read the warning, and enter the account email. For protection, you may need to sign out and sign back in first.
What is deleted
- the account and cloud sessions;
- chats, memory, notes, and tasks;
- Aidan files in cloud storage;
- devices, schedules, and automation history;
- Google Workspace and Telegram connections.
Deletion cannot be undone. Aidan attempts to revoke Google access, then deletes stored tokens regardless of Google's response.
If the installed app is unavailable
Open the Aidan web app in a supported browser and follow the same steps. Before the public beta opens, testers receive the web app address with their invitation.
